Do not send your loved ones here. I have a family member who has been here for several days. I am their health care proxy and I am in their hippa. No one has called me from this facility to discuss their treatment plan what so ever. I have called several times to reach my family member without success. A very rude person has informed me that phone calls have to be setup through a councilor. It is impossible to reach a councilor over the phone. It just goes straight to voicemail and no one calls you back. Staff is very rude and not helpful at all. I am very disappointed in the lack of empathy and unprofessionalism this facility has shown me so far.
