PTSD is a qualifying condition for a mmj card. You do need a diagnosis and/or treatment for the condition with medical records from your doctor within the past 12 months to qualify.

Basically, you simply need to bring your ID and mmj card to the clinic to see our doctor to recertify. We will complete your state application and your new mmj card will be mailed to you.
