My visit with the certification center was not a good experience.The Dr.was rude and acted like he was. Lawyer and very Unprofessional. Jim at the front desk was very nice maybe field welcome.

They will provide the medical release form online & you sign digitally, so let your pain clinic know you DID sign a med record release; they have a naturopathic medicine name besides the CCC title so that is what your Dr's office will see for the name.

If you have a state id. And cash just show up.. i think its around the $300's and tell them your condition and the staff will help you out. Very good people they will take of you

Basically, you simply need to bring your ID and mmj card to the clinic to see our doctor to recertify. We will complete your state application and your new mmj card will be mailed to you. Truly, it's a very easy process. We will give you a quick call this week to walk you through it.
