The medical card was excellent but the billing is awful. They charged my credit card twice in July and I have been ignored by their staff for a refund. After calling and getting assured by their front desk staff that they would be calling me “today” they do not. Had to get my credit card company involved with a dispute to get action. As of today (Oct 12) still no refund. Their billing service acknowledged the overcharge in August.
