This company lied from square 1. Told me they’d put me in the best position they could find and specifically said it’s Mon-Fri, 9-5. I worked from 3am to sometimes midnight the next day and on weekends after I told them I can’t do weekends. They ignored emails and phone calls when I reached out complaining. They also claimed I would be paid 19.50, yet I was paid $15.00. I showed up to the company thinking I’m doing the job I signed for, only to get placed inside a completely different job within the company where I have zero experience. I got informed I would be hired on after 90 days and I was still working underpaid as a temp after 8 months with no help getting on permanently and no benefits. I watched 28 people quit this specific company within my 8 months. They sent me to a broken down company with no organization or structure. I had enough and finally got my complaint through to them, over the phone, asking for a new assignment. They said they’d call me back, yet they dropped me and never heard from them again. Fast forward a week later with a different agency and I got into the same type of job I originally asked for, paid $9.50 more than this company, my schedule is Mon-Fri 9-5, and I got hired on permanently after 60 days. If you have a bad experience, more than likely it’s them, not you and there are tons of jobs through other agencies that will do right by you. I think maybe this specific location has too many young and inexperienced people that shouldn’t be there because they have no clue what they’re doing. They don’t understand they can ruin someone’s life by not being open and honest with clients.

Veronica who answers the phones specifically stated a job for second shift through State Farm would be 19.25 .. I talk to Jason and all of sudden it’s 17$ it’s not until your in the company you get 19.25 and that’s could take 3-6 months! Very misleading! And very rude! Jason basically told me I wanted to work remote to get paid 8 hrs and work 2! As if he knows me and my situation! And that he didn’t want to argue with me! When I was simply asking questions that didn’t add up! To work remote is after 3 weeks and training which means 3-6 months! But then Jason says no one is working remote anymore, so you can or can’t work remote for State Farm?! I’m confused by this whole ordeal and wasted time I can’t get back! I wanted to give this staffing agency a chance even after seeing all the bad reviews and wish I didn’t! Wow! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Your welcome !
