I couldn’t say enough good things about Servpro in Mesa. My mother and I worked closely with Kevin and his team to remove furniture and clean out a room in my home. This comes after the loss of my husband and the understanding, compassion and candor that Kevin showed us during the hardest of times was unmatched. Not only does this company work hard for their customers but they have such compassion and understanding for any and all types of situations. They truly make you feel like a part of the Servpro family. Thank you so much Kevin and Servpro for going above and beyond for me and my kids during the hardest of times and ensuring that we had one less thing to stress about. I will forever be grateful and will be calling Servpro for any and all jobs that I need in the future!! You can’t go wrong with this family ran business!!

I just want to thank everybody at your business for the great job you did repairing my home, after we tragically suffered from a fire. Everyone that worked on our home was respectful, understanding of our situation, and showed great empathy

We have used then twice for water damage. Once in our old house, then again in the house we moved into that had some damage from the previous owners. They are really great to work with!

There are some variables that may come into play. Small area or quite large? Urine or feces? Or maybe both. First, try and remove as much of the "source" as possible. It may be gross, but it has to be done. Second, find a quality enzyme neutralizer that you can put on the area that is affected. Read the specification on the side of the product and follow those directions. Most will want the product to dwell for a period of time before cleaning it up. After following the written directions, clean up the enzyme neutralizer. If you feel this is too much, call us. We can either walk you through it or come out and clean it for you. Often we are able to help people over the phone. Some of these types of cleanings you can do on your own. Advise is free and we want to help. Just please understand there is only so much we can do over the phone. I hope this helps. If you need more information, please call and we will do our best to help you out. Thank you Paul Frost/owner
Yes, we do provide water damage restoration services in San Tan Valley, AZ.
Yes, we do offer biohazard services. Unfortunately a lot of our jobs are suicide issues. Please give us a call to let us know how we can help. We are vendors for most of the apartments around here, so we should be able to take care of your issue quickly.
Our garentee is that we will arrive within 4 hours to the scene. Although our average time of arrival is within 30 minutes. Of course this time frame can vary depending on time of year, traffic, and of course distance your fire damage, or water damage property is from our warehouse.
This will vary from insurance agency to insurance agency. Make sure you notify your insurance agency in writing even if you have talked with them on the phone or in person. Many times, even though it isn't always enforced, insurance policies require written notice of damage for a claim. Make sure you are completely familiar with your insurance policy before starting the claim process so you don't get any surprises along the way.
Depending on the amount of the water affected area, it could take anywhere from a few hours to 4 or 5 days. The average dry out times for the jobs we work on are 2 to 3 days.
Water damage restoration should be started as quickly as possible to reduce the amount of damage done to a property and to prevent mold from forming and creating additional damage. Mold growth generally starts within 48 to 72 hours after water damage has occured.
Hope all worked out well for you. Thanks for your business.
There are a lot of factors that go into the cost of a water damage job. The cost of material removal and disposal, the daily cost of the drying equipment (fans, dehumidifiers, and possibly air scrubbers), the monitoring cost, and physical labor costs. Generally restoration companies use a program similar to xactimate to get baseline cost estimates for restoration work.
Water damage restoration should be done by trained experts. In some cases you may not have the money to hire a restoration company, especially if you don't have insurance. You might want to reach out to a restoration company, feel free to give us a call, for advise on how to handle your situation. Even if you don't have the money to have a restoration company handle all of the work, it would be smart to have one come out to determin the extent of the damage since a lot of it wont be visible to the naked eye. Or you can buy a moisture reader and thermal imaging camera to determine it yourself. You will then need to remove the affected structural material that can't be dried out and dry out the rest with fans and heat. Most good restoration companies should be able to give you suggestions to help you along the way if you are in a situation where you are not able to pay for it.
We have a blog post that talks specifically about this issue and would encourage you to check that out for more in depth information. In general, you should contact your insurance to get a claim started and contact a restoration company. They may specifically suggest one, but you can use whatever restoration company you want. If it is covered by insurance you will want to make sure you are dealing with a company that is familiar with working with insurance companies. The restoration company should come out and assess the situation and give you a quote for the mitigation portion of the water damage restoration. Sometimes this can be done on-site, sometimes it may need to take several hours to come up with a complete quote. Water extraction should be done as soon as possible. After approval to work has been given the restoration company should begin the dry out process which may include removing structural elements that are not able to be dried out or are preventing the rest of the structural elements from drying out. After the dry out process has completed reconstruction can begin.
You should choose a restoration company that you are comfortable with. We hope you choose us, but if not, make sure you are confident that they will restore your property correctly. You do not have to use the restoration company your insurance encourages you to use. There may be benefits to using them, but if you don't connect with them or feel comfortable with them in your home, you should not use them! Remember, as far as the restoration company is concerned, you should be their first priorty, not the insurance company. They already have enough employees looking after their interests, you need to make sure you are working with a restoration company that will have your best interests as a priority.
You don't need a specific water damage restoration license in Arizona, however certain associations, governmental bodies, and vendor associations may require IICRC certifications for water damage work.
Water damage technicians can make anywhere from $12 per hour to $17 per hour depending on their experience and the duties being performed. Project managers and crew chiefs have the potential to make more.

Fire and water damage restoration companies assist with mitigating and/or restoring residential and/or commercial properties after water or fire damage has occurred.
There are approximately 47,000 restoration companies in the united states. According to Data Axle about 23,000 of them have been verified through their system.
A commercial grade humidifier assists with the dry of a structure by essentially sucking moisture out of an area that is being dried out.
Air movers are used to help dry out a structure. They are basically fans on steroids.
The licenses required to perform water and fire restoration vary from state to state. In the state of Arizona all you need is a business license for basic restoration work. Government work and different business groups and vendor associations may require you to have specific certifications. You should research the type of restoration work you are looking to perform and your target market to determine what certifications you want to get. SERVPRO of North Central Mesa technicians have certifications from the IICRC for asbestos removal, water damage remediation, fire damage remediation, commercial drying, applied structural drying, etc.

The average cost per click for water damage restoration in Google Ads can vary from area to area. Depending on the quality rating of the Google Ads that are running average PPC costs generally range from $45 to $120 per click. Because of the high cost per click it is generally wise to pay a company who specializes in Google Ads to keep costs down as much as possible.
The SIC code that is usually used for restoration companies mayt be 1542, 1521, 7389, or 1799 depending on the primary focus of the restoration company.

After work has begun on a water damage job, it should generally be monitored daily to assess the dry out progress, unless it is determined between the customer and the restoration company that less monitoring might be more appropriate for a specific job.
We have a variety of tools and tactics that we use to deal with water damage issues. We would invite you to visit the website on our blog for more indepth information. We use the most up to date technology to assess the extent of a property's water damage such as infared cameras and moisture readers. We then use a mixture of commercial air mover fans, dehumidifiers and air scrubbers to dry out a structure after the required structural elements have been removed.
Air scrubbers basically filter out 99.9999% of particles in the air it is filtering. We use them when we are doing work on properties with mold and asbestos. We also use them in properties we are working on where someone in the area has immune system issues and dust and other particles from our work could become an issue.

Water damage restoration is the process of extracting excess water from an affected area, then either drying out the structure in place, or removing necessary structural elements that may prevent a complete dry out and then drying out the rest of the structure. This is the mitigation portion of the water damage work. Afterward, the reconstruction would begin and will vary from case to case depending on the amount of the structure that needed to be removed.
The average cost for water damage restoration is around $3500, however, the cost varies greatly depending on the severity of the damage and how long the damage has gone unattended.
Yes, we provide reconstruction services as well as mitigation services.
