After reading other reviews I wonder if this post is even worth my time to write. Seems they are ignoring the customer service problem they have. Female at customer service desk has no business interacting with customers. Not friendly. Doesnt smile. This is a grocery store. There are other grocery stores we can go to. Retrain people to be kind to customers as they are spending hard earned money. If they do not enjoy the public then they need a different kind of job as they are doing no good there. At this point it becomes a management issue. Kroger, retrain your managers to train employees right and follow up. I spend 400 a month at least on groceries. 4800.00 a yr. Be nice to me!

The customer service desk is a joke! Every time I’ve been there the same black haired woman is working and walks away leaving me standing there , seeing me walk up and simply walking away to do who knows what. I guess good help is hard to find now, and they just take what they can get!

Pros: *They carry some unique items vs Walmart Cons: *If it's on sale and advertised at a hot price it's potentially out of stock. This is the 3rd Kroger we've tried to get a specific flavor of seltzer water on sale that didn't have it.

Shopping at this Kroger is always a pleasant experience. Tonight was exceptional. I was doing some last minute grocery shopping for Christmas and I needed some deli meat. The online close time said 10pm, but the close time was in fact 8pm. When I asked the deli clerk if she was closed she said she was but she would be happy to still serve me. She was kind and she was accommodating. I am very thankful for Maria’s service and I am blown away that even at closing time she was happy and willing to serve me. Well done Maria! Merry Christmas!
