I think they're great. Some of these reviews are so rude unnecessarily. Humans aren't perfect. Give them a break. My experiences have always been mostly fine. They work hard and try hard and are nice folks. Thanks!

People are fine but again Sutter itself fails. Why isn't it on the webpage that x-rays don't start until 8:30 and the door states they open at 7 am. Which is it Sutter 7 or 8?
