'Hot N Ready 4-8'...Never!!! Can't get a cheese pizza at 5-6 without waiting AT LEAST 15 mins. Not just every now and then... EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. And by time they get around to calling the order the pizza that just came up is cold. 🤦‍♀️👎 Edit 7/12/22: Still horrible... just FYI. Waited nearly 25-30 minutes for a large cheese and crazy bread because the door dash orders are made before the orders in the lobby... 😑 how does that make sense? I can see making them in order but if you have 2 that are the exact same and one person is on site and the other is not, would you not send it out with the one waiting instead of making them wait until you finish 4+ other orders???? General Manger Sherrie Fall should seriously request a review of company policy if this is their actual protocol... and to not have a staff member on shift authorized to issue a refund? If you want us to call our orders in please stop advertising hot and ready... its complete FALSE ADVERTISING. And before you say oh just use the app, the answer is no.... Little Caesars will not refund my account in the event of a data breach (been there done that)... Its. It my bank job to clean up other people's messes (weak firewalls and encryption). Still needs a 0 star rating

We ordered $67 worth of food for a family get together. We all have severe Diarrhea and vomiting from getting food poisoning. All I wanted to do was inform the store manager (due to this being the only thing we ate all day) about it and may want to look into it. Spoke to the General Manager Shirley and instantly she said “oh well we haven’t had any other reports so it didn’t come from us” was instantly rude and inconsiderate. She proceeded to hang up on me. I ended up calling back and asked for her name and the corporate number to file a report. She yelled at me. My husband took the phone due to have she was talking to me. She then proceeded to hang up on us once again refusing to give contact information for corporate. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate GM at this location. Very disappointed.

Oh my goodness. Never will I order another pizza. I understand being short staffed, but the manager whom I spoke with was the rudest customer service person EVER. Not her calling in life.

Honestly I'm shocked Little Caesars is still in business. The pizza is very near bottom in terms of flavor. If it goes cold the crust hardens, and I'm a touch concerned about what it could be made of because bugs won't even eat it. Every time I buy Little Caesars I end up telling myself that'll be the last time. The Italian bread is pretty dope though.
