Never again will I come to this office.. first in line for blood work and its been 55 mins since I signed in and I'm still waiting to get my blood drawn😡

Worse place ever. Stay away. If I could give 0 stars I would. We came in today 10/11/2022 at 2:30pm. They took my mom in for an ultrasound and had her pee in a cup for lab work. They sent us to the lobby to wait to be called in for lab but they forgot about my mom. We waited an hour so I approached the window and gave the girl there my mom's name, she said my mom would be called shortly. Well they never did. We left there passed 4 pm and before we left I told the lady at the window to cancel our lab, she asked " are you sure?", I said you leave me no choice. So mom and I walked out . As we were getting in our car, the lady came out and was attempting to give me a urine cup and sais" next time you come back for results bring urine in this cup because we threw away the sample from earlier since we didn't know you were in the lobby. I told the lady " were not coming back" " you guts have terrible service."... when we left, I called the place and asked to speak to a supervisor, they never answered me. The phone rang and rang, no one ever picked up....

I've been waiting since August 16th for answers no one returns my calls. I am beyond frustrated. I thought the doctor was great. So what is it the staff I have no idea.

Wow! I'm surprised at all the negative reviews. I have been coming to this office since 2019 and really haven't had any issues. I love Dr. Schinker he takes great care of me. I never had to wait long for labs to get drawn. The long wait is when you get there right when they open. If you go around 9:15-9:30am you're good.
