Pretty disappointed they support a racist organization such as BLM. Was checking out today and one of the employees had that as a screen saver. There have been enough reports are BLM criminal behavior, yet Cigna allows employees to promote that on company assets on company time. What about all the other races that see that? What about law enforcement that see that? You can't get any more divisive than BLM.

Absolutely appalled that we were kicked out of a waiting room because I had my child with me. Fully masked, vaccinated, clean and polite. Meanwhile they don't enforce the parking lot rules, but my kid can't sit in a waiting room.

My experience has been that the staff, (both family practice and especially the lab), at the Phoenix location have been impersonal and lacks any kind of compassion.

Cigna only takes Cigna insurance and some ahcccs plans.
Under current circumstances, perhaps not but check with us
I dont believe they do, you would need to make an appointment or go to lab core

The Valley got hit hard by the flu this year. I went in twice in the last week. Both times about an hour before closing. No waiting. In and out. No other patients besides me.
