Absolutely wonderful experience here!! Floyd was at the desk and he made everything about our stay top notch. He gave us a handicap room and even moved his personal vehicle so we could have a close parking space. The room was spacious, air conditioning was cold and hotel was clean. Highly recommended this HIE!!

The greeting upon arrival was very professional, friendly and courteous. My room key and information was ready and waiting upon arrival. The sitting area was comfortable to sit with work associates and talk and eat breakfast. Breakfast was ready early and checkout was fast and simple. A great value for a business traveler.

There is a train that is directly beside the property that is so loud. It sounds like it's in the room with you and runs all night long. Just when you think you are asleep here's the train to wake you up. There is no mention of this on the website or at check in. Rooms are not sound proof. Could hear people in next room snoring. People running up and down halls all night. Room wasn't clean. Carpets nasty and stained. Musty smell. Breakfast not well stocked. Desk staff supposed to have manager contact me. Never did. After many emails and calls finally got operations manager. Refused refund . promised to put points on my account to make up for it. Never did. Keeps saying they are pending. Been a month and still nothing. Run from this place. Save yourself some money and trouble and don't stay here when in Tullahoma

It was OK, the beds were surprisingly comfortable, shower and room was clean. My buddies room was nasty with water damaged ceiling and dirty bed spread. Breakfast wasn’t too bad. Elevator was broken for several hours.
