Management is pleasant and inviting. Rooms are clean. Slept well.

Read the fine print... Shared bathroom means, One toilet each side of the building for each floor to share, 3 shower stalls per floor. No control of heating or air. Television had a crack down the middle of the screen, which front office is aware. In addition, the cable box was not connected/working with TV. Not ADA friendly, have to walk up a flight of stairs when entering building to main level to check in. No parking available, Stained bedding, unsure how clean it was, Wife and I had to sleep on top with our own blankets. No shower towels were provided.

Really nice size/layout room, Very clean and respectful and so is the staff. The family that runs it, real nice people, quiet spoken, helpful. Actually I found it to be one of the nicest, just a clean vibe of Classiness. The TV monitor and Microwave in the room worked, the remote control was clean! There's Night Life right next door or just below but not rowdy. And the General Manager, Ben. Just cool, very nice guy, was professional and you felt you were in a nice place. I would definitely go again for a stay there. Actually very soon!

We were tourists from out of town and we didn’t do our research before coming to San Fran. We didn’t realize all of the hotels were 400 dollars. We had 100 dollars cash with us for a hotel and the manager here was nice enough to let us stay so we didn’t have to sleep out in our car with all of the criminals outside. We had our dog with us as well and started to worry seeing that all the pet friendly hotels were so expensive but not here. He made an exception for us, snd I will forever be grateful for the man who helped us here. Next time I go back I’ll be paying him 1000 just for being a good person when he didn’t have to. If you’re looking for a safe, warm, comfortable place to stay please come here and support this family.
