Location is near the civic center, main library and public transportation but being "tenderloin south" has the same sort of people who habituate the tenderloin.

The outside of this Hotel is not the best, the inside is kept clean and the staff are polite and respectful. The location for myself is great because I work two blocks away.

It's been use as a covid-19 homeless housing, I believed hotels are going to get makeover after covid-19 is done, but I do believe the city should use some properties to house homeless....
