This is the 2nd place I came to a nail salon in Arcadia. What ever happened to people sterilizing the instruments? I've never seen a dirtier place. First it was a nails and now this place. These places need to be shut down. Wanted to use the same instruments that was used on another client on me. Shut these places down.

Made an appointment for three. Only two of us received services. Poor time management, poor customer care and satisfaction. Owner was not interested in resolving the issues with staff or lack of. I suggest anyone making appointments for more than one verify you all can receive services at same time.

Decided to stop by after going to Cato Fashions and I really wish that I would've just drove past this place. I feel like a 8 year old could've did a better job. One of my nails is lifting. However, what more could I expect.

Very Disappointed! my nails are supposed to be WHITE !! it has only been a week since they have been done and they are already lifting ! and the nails are yellow ?!! they are supposed to be white ! i do not smoke nor anyone around me so i don’t understand why . i am very very upset!!!
