Been working here for a month now, the staff is SO helpful. Any issue you face they get right on top of it! Very supportive staff as well they make you feel so welcome. I love how everything is self explanatory beyond what they already thoroughly train/detail to you. I love it here!!!

Oak Forest Help@Home is one of the best offices. Clean and neat and on point to answer your questions and assist you with care. I recommend doing business out of the office. Adriene Kyles runs that office as the best branch manager I have seen out of help@home.

Love the homemaker, the agency supervisor however needs to Improves on customer service and follow through with what she said she would do. My parents homemaker is out on maternity leave. The supervisor Yarceli Carrera assured me a replacement would be sent and that my parents would not be left without services. It has been over a week and no temporary replacement has been sent and the supervisor has not rerurned any of my calls. The only reason we are still with the agency is because of Claudia, we love my parents homemaker and look forward to having her back.

If they are a part of help at home and they request you, yes. Call them and you'll have to do a 3 day training. You'll need your social security card, TB test, birth certificate and a reference letter. Yet, call them and they'll set you up an time to come in and do the application. Blessing if you choose to look into it. Prayerfully, I have all the correct info.
