The attendant measured my trailer and quoted $84. No way in L was I paying that much for what I had. On the way I saw a mattress on the side of the road so being the good Nashvillian that I am I picked it up. $8 more next time I'm leaving it for metro. Haggled down to $48. Next time I'll find an unattended dumpster.

What's up with this woman working there? We show up a 4:00pm and she tells us we have 10 minutes to unload. The sign says they close at 4:30pm which was more than enough time to get it done. In addition, she stands over the railing yelling at the guy directing traffic to cut the line off after a certain car. I have seen her at the recycling center off Omohundro and she was rude and refused to let me enter unless I put on a mask while in my own car! She needs to go!!!!!

You can sort it out while you are there...there are 4bins... Cardboard... Plastic/aluminum and tin cans... Paper...and Glass... Yes it needs to be sorted but it doesn't matter how you get it to the convenience center as long as it goes in the correct bin when you get there

I've seen furniture being dropped off before. You may have to pay a small fee to bring it in, though. I hope this helps

If you want to trash it yes... Recycle not sure, you maybe redirected to somewhere else like stiener metals recycle by stadium? Not sure if they're open to public tho. Best bet is to Google for small motor recycleor donations, offerup to donate, or even small churches... Sometimes deacons or members will take to repair and resale. Good luck.

If they are going in the recycling bin yes. If they are going into the dumpster no. It is better to break them down if they are empty, making more room for those after you.

Usually we've paid $6 for a load slightly above the bed of a truck.
It varies depending on the volume. Sometimes pickup load, below edge of bed is $6. Sometimes the same load is free. A few bags in the car $0. Better not bring a trailer..... Pickup loaded to top of cab is $12.

As of September 1, 2018 the hazardous waste drop off at East Convenience Center is currently closed for renovations so they cannot accept oil this time. The Ezell Center also has a hazardous waste drop off.

No (also household toxin location is presently closed). But paint disposal is simple! Either open cans and let paint dry or mix with kitty litter and dispose safely in any trash.
