I lived at that complex while I was attending UTI. A week before I left to move home my truck got broken into and items were stolen. They refused to show camera footage of the incident and I never heard back from police about it. Completely unsafe and unprofessional staff.

I lived here in 2019 when the name was La Vida at Spring then it changed to the life of spring estates now Park North….Fast forward to my friend with a 700 credit score and after taxes makes $4000 a month verifiable income and employment is told that he’s short $480 from making 3x’s the rent when rent is $1200. AFTER receiving a email saying “Approved” How??? Kaltrina told him he needs a co-signer that makes 5x’s the rent to qualify or he’ll be denied and the $50 application fee and $150 administrative fee is non refundable. I’d look elsewhere for somewhere to live because something is not adding up like it’s unethical they just want to keep peoples money. I feel like he’s being racially profiled and discriminated against because he’s a young black man.

HORRIBLE new management and the way they allow the “ladies” to answer the phone and get an attitude. Maintenance NEVER helps. I don’t understand how they can be so rude yet they get even more upset when you try to defend yourself. Treat your tenets how YOU WOULD WANT TO BE TREATED SIMPLE AS THAT . & I have pictures and videos of how this place really is. There will be more!!
