Me and my wife went to see the apartment and the experience was really good. Azalie was real nice and professionalism was great. We were glad to tour with her . She was really friendly and helpful. I already applied my application , waiting for the approval and can’t wait to be part of such a wonderful , clean and peaceful community. I recommend everyone to be part of this community as this is the by far best apartment around this area and reasonable price.

We have lived in a number of apartment complexes. We moved to Concord at Allendale after living in our home for 15 years; so it had been a while since we lived in an apartment. These apartments are the most spacious we've ever lived in. The kitchens and bathrooms ae larger than in many houses on the market today. Equally important for us is the feeling of being in a home environment while living in an apartment. The office and maintenance staff are highly professional, yet approachable and super nice. They respond to administrative and work request in record time and see to tenants needs without hesitation. Upkeep of the units and overall property is a priority here. It's just like home!

Viewed a two bedroom two bath today its a nice looking community.loved the inside of the apartment.. just don’t like that’s only 3rd floor available… read a view reviews now I’m a little scared to move here
