Now,since I've been living here for five years, Cypress Parc Apts, has come a long way. They are finally fixing up the place and it is looking good now. I'm glad I stuck with the place and is happy things are looking promising. The bug problems are under control at least in my home.

If I could give no stars I would, I just moved in yesterday June 18th 2022. Prior to moving in I asked about the neighborhood if it was quiet and a good neighborhood. I was obviously lied to by Samantha and told that it was a quiet neighborhood. We stayed one night and we heard gunshots all throughout the night, people fighting and screaming, cars going off, and that happened all night until the sun came up. Even worse the apartment we paid for we didn’t move into. We paid for a renovated apartment with washer and dryer in the unit. And what we got was not that. Apartment didn’t come with washer and dryer and that wasn’t the worst part. The apartment was dirty as if the people who previously lived there had just moved out the day before we moved in. Everything was broken, nails we visible and coming out of the carpet, bugs and roaches inside the apartment before moving in, bathtub was disgusting and dirty, the threshold to the door was broken, the bar to the kitchen is being held together by two visible screws and it moves. The washer and dryer attachments drip brown water. Moving all the way from Nashville, we weren’t given a chance to see the apartment because it was not ready yet. And when I asked for pictures I was only given the pictures from the website, which are completely misleading. And after giving all of these discrepancies to them they even agreed that everything we paid for and asked for we did not receive and that was finally after I was able to speak to the leasing agent in person because before getting in contact with the leasing office was almost an impossible task, and our whole experience was just bad, it caused my wife to break down in tears. We moved from a nice apartment expecting the same but we’re just completely lied to. We drove over 800 miles for this as well. We will not be living hear and I will be making sure that anyone I know looking at this to steer clear. I took pictures and videos of everything
