We fell in love with this place. We applied and then was denied because of bad credit score. When in the application process it states that there may be a bigger security deposit. They didn't try to help us. Because we are homeless. And my mom is a veteran that is disabled. disappointed!

As long as you follow the rules, and mind your business it's a great place to live. I personally haven't had an issue with any bugs, no ones vandalized my car. You can literally get anything delivered. I haven't had any problems with management, just follow the rules and you're fine. Maintenance is timely and they do a good job.
