After reading so many bad reviews I was afraid of what to expect. I needed to go here because I’m waiting for my insurance to begin in January and they were reasonably priced. I was really impressed with their professionalism and attitude. I received the needed care and I was in and out in no time. Both the doctor (Elizabeth Smith) and medical student (Darshan?) were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for making this visit pleasant.

This place is a joke. I had a appointment there yesterday and when I got there they told me I couldn't come there anymore. They didn't tell me when I made the appointment and called to remind me. I had a seizure there and they tried sending me to the hospital. I wouldn't go because that is why I had a appointment there several months ago because I went to the hospital having seizures and all they did was tell me to go there. I knew they wouldn't do anything at the hospital so I didn't go and they banned me from that clinic. This whole Sovah Health thing is a big circle circus that is a joke!

My son was seen several times over past 3 weeks for cough, shortness of breath. They said it was seasonal allergies. He became worse and worse over time. They finally gave him an inhaler and a course of prednisone. When that didn’t help they gave him another course of prednisone. They never did a chest X-ray. I finally took him to the emergency room where he was immediately admitted with severe pneumonia and extremely low blood oxygen level. In addition each visit with them they could never find my son’s chart and he would have to explain to them everything they had done in the past treatment- wise.
