Dr. Atkins has got to be the nicest, most gentle and thorough doctor I have been to. He listens to your concerns and answers all your questions with kindness and understanding. The ladies that check you in and out are very nice, organized and everything is sanitized and clean. The nurse that came into the room before Dr. Atkins at my first appointment (I wish I could remember her name) instantly made me more comfortable and helped calm me down as I was very anxious. I had the VNG testing done yesterday and the doctor that performed it, I believe her name is Ashleigh, was also extremely nice and understanding of my anxiety. She talked me through everything and even let my husband hold my hand when I was getting really nervous. Dr. Atkins called me personally with my results and explained everything and answered all of my questions. I haven’t started treatment yet for my issues, but I’m hopeful and definitely grateful to have found Dr. Atkins and his entire staff.

Dr. Atkins and his staff have been beyond helpful, sweet, and kind! This is THE ONLY Dr. And staff I've dealt with that actually seem to care! They are so kind and helpful. They respond to your after visit questions promptly and make you and the concerns you have theirs..it's like you're their only patient. Even though you know you're not. I can't say enough great things about this Dr. And staff. Not thrilled to be dealing with my issue, but at least I know I'm in good hands while dealing with it.
