It's the staff for me! They are so nice! Not just professionally courteous, but extremely nice. I went there tonight and the gentleman who took my order on the drive-thru was so warm and friendly. I was going to tell him so, but another gentleman handed me my order (also nice!).Things are difficult all around for so many. We need more of this! Oh, my wrap was fire too and I'm grateful this location is open til 10pm.

Got home and half way through eating my sandwich, which tasted weird, realized they forgot a few ingredients. Called to see if they just ran out of those ingredients, they said no, they had plenty. Just got a “sorry” and a long pause. Literally had to ask what they could do for me and was asked to drive back and bring in my sandwich. Instead of remaking my whole sandwich correctly, was sent home with HALF a sandwich(at least made correctly this time tho). Nice.

I normally have good experiences with Jimmy johns but unfortunately when I picked up takeout on Saturday, I found a piece of plastic in my sandwich. I tried to leave feedback on their website but it isn’t working and keeps coming back with a runtime error.
