I brought my 15 year old sick cat to this place thinking and hoping Dr Mindorf would be able to save my cat. All this woman did was suggest to put him down which was the last thing I wanted to do to my baby. This woman is no doctor. She didn't even bother to take his temperature or take the time to discuss any other options. I believe they didn't want to help my cat. If you love your cat dont bring your cats here these people don't care about your cats. Especially doctor mindorf. I lost my baby all because dr. Mindorf wouldn't do anything to help my Sylvester. And I cannot believe the callous disregard for my cat Sylvester. Yes he was very sick but I believe that if dr. Bendorf truly cared she would've given Sylvester some iv fluids to try to save him. To prolong his life a little longer. But of course all these people care about is clearing their bad name. I speak the truth no lies. And these people laugh at other people's misfortunes which is really sad. I totally understand the other negative reviews from other clients.

Thank you Mrs. Henninger for your compliments. I am very sorry for the mix up with the medication for Clyde. We strive to do our best, but definitely fall short sometimes. I did address the issue with the front staff and asked them to be sure and check medications before clients are checked out. We all hope your surgery went well and you are feeling better.
