It was some time ago but I travel between Tennessee and Bloomington IL. I needed assistance inside the bank in IL and they were great. Like an extension of my home bank in TN. I would highly recommend Regions due to their helpfulness and locations. Also I love that they don't have a lot of fees. I've been banking with them since before they bought Union Planters in TN. I have other bank accounts with other holdings and the only one close is Capital One for customer service and great internet/app user-friendliness. I stay with Regions as I still need brick n mortar but internet banking is great.

I've worked for multiple banks over the course of my 12 banking career. Regions is the only bank I chose to continue banking with. The company treats their employees very well & they don't have excessive fees. Our local branch has a fantastic Branch Manager, Chad! He also has a great team under him that make you feel confident in your financial needs. The biggest reason I chose to stay with this bank is because of the multiple branches available in the cities that I travel to out of state. My frequent trips sometimes require a visit to a physical branch. Having the ability to pop in to one while in Tennessee is extremely convenient!

I have a home loan from Regions. I have NEVER made a late payment in 10 years. I was sent info on extending 3 months of my mortgage payments to the end of the term if I was effected by Covid-19. I asked them would this show negatively on my Credit Bureau. They said NO. They said as soon as my hardship is over let them know and my regular monthly payments would resume. I only took reuired 3 months to be put at the end of my term. I get a call today asking when I'm going to start paying. I said I already spoke to someone and paid this months mortgage payment. The lady said no that payment went to July's payment. They said you still owe for Aug, Sept and Oct. I then explained they told me it would be placed at the end of the term. She said no. You now have a second lean on your home! This is complete fraud and deceiving to the home owner!! DO NOT GET A MORTGAGE WITH THIS BANK!!!

They charge a fee on top of the atm fee, and good luck trying to call and talk to a person. Make sure you have plenty if time. F this bank. Switched to another and have not had anything like this happen.
