Awful, poorly run and incompetent

Doctors were great and we were seen pretty quickly. Front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. My aunt had an old Medicare card and instead of helping me get the new number, they just said it didn't work. I ended up having to pay out of pocket. I called Medicare myself (after a HELPFUL employee there told me what to do) and got the correct number. As we were checking out, I asked if I could use the number and be refunded on my card. The front desk staff said no, that I'd have to work it out with Medicare. THANKS FOR BEING SO HELPFUL (NOT).

Excellent care for a cut to the hand. Friendly and competent, quick & painless. Got a tetanus shot while I was there. Front desk (Sat morning) could be more engaged. Waiting room carpet could stand to be replaced. But for my needs, I was well taken care of. Thank you!
