I read the reviews before going to this location but had a completely opposite experience when going here. I went at 10:30 on a Friday and was in and out fairly quickly as a walk in. I have been to several labcorp locations and this has been the best one so far. The staff was professional and friendly.

I want to like this location due to its convenience, but the attitudes here are always awful. The people at the front desk would rather argue with you and brush you off than treat you like a human. I checked in through their mobile app, and when I walked in less than 2 minutes later, they told me to sit down and wait because they had moved on to the next person. What’s the point of using the app then? Just be kinder to people, how is that not the core of your mission? The phlebotomist was as sweet as can be though. Lucky they are there to save a lot of those experiences before customers decide to complain.

Maybe those other people called ahead and got appointment I'm not sure but I would go back to the window and ask her you know you were here before them why did she take them before you it's supposed to be in order but if some if some people call ahead of time and make appointments then and they give him a time for it then they will take them first but then you know go up to the window and ask her they're usually pretty good about taking people you know you know first come first serve down the list but you know I'm not sure I mean I don't know which LabCorp you went to or or whatever I know the one in Elsmere over in the prices corner they're pretty good about taking people in line and if they tell you they take somebody before you they'll tell you they have an appointment so I don't know what else to say good luck
