I do not recommend building with DR Horton. We have decided to pull from the contract and not purchase the home. The house looks terrible, they quality of work is unacceptable. The floors were laid completely wrong and the grout is not even or the right color. The bedroom wall is already cracking along with the walls bowing out. The cabinets are not even, the doors won't stay shut, I could go. There is too many things wrong with the house already, we have lost all confidence in this builder. Jennifer West was not pleasant to work with, anytime I had a question or concern she did not seem to give me the time of day or my realtor. I would go somewhere else and not waste your time. it's unfortunate they lost our business to another builder. Customer service matters!
