Chevy Chase Acura employees need to continue working on their customer service. I had a 10:30 am appointment - and there was no one available to get my reservation started at that time. Additionally, the degree of professionalism by the staff can be improved.

Service was good, very communicative. Only removing a star because they seemed confused on how to split my payment between my credit and debit cards, even though I confirmed beforehand that it wouldn't be a problem.

This place is a complete joke. I was completed fooled thinking they had great customer service to gain my purchase. When it came time to schedule my first oil change their true lack of customer service was reveled. I give it to the sales guys for talking me into their maintenance package one I’ll never purchase again let alone from their location. They canceled my first appointment the day of. I was told they had pick up and drop off services but that quickly changed when I actually requested the services. I was told they would keep my car for over 24 hours with no actual return time so they canceled. They never answer the phone when trying to get into contact with someone concerning issues. After canceling my first oil change appointment they canceled my second told me it was be a 3-4 hour wait and to just come another time during the week. By this time my car is down to 10% oil level and I have a business road trip and really need this oil change. The service department goes oh that’s just something we tell people but you can drive your car down to 0% without needing a oil change. This is a brand new car why would I want to risk that on a road trip planned! I wish I never purchased from this place!

I had a great experience with the service department at Chevy Chase Acura. Upon arrival I was greeted by the staff and taken care of. The wait time wasn’t long either which was great. I’d also like to give recognition to my excellent service adviser, Joseph Burchette. He provided the best customer service, and explained everything that was being done to my vehicle. I look forward to coming back in the future for all of my vehicle’s service needs.

There should be a recommended tire pressure setting on the side of the door or in the manual, depending on weather. Cold weather tends to lower tire pressure.
