The rooms were nice though nothing special. There was a sock on the floor that we initially thought was my son's but realized it was on the floor when we checked in. We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to check in hours early and the room was ready. People at the front desk were very very friendly and helpful. They did let us know that if we needed anything we had to ask because the rooms aren't serviced during the stay. The TV was set so the volume couldn't go above a certain level. I liked that idea because many times in other hotels the neighboring rooms were inconsiderate of noise. The outside pool was awesome. Not huge and not very busy. We enjoyed using it several times throughout the day and there were always freshly stocked towels available for swimmers. The location was perfect. Walking distance to all restaurants and attractions. The free breakfast at the breakfast cottage was nice and quaint. Eggs, sausage, waffles, toast and cereal were all self serve choices. Loved it! We'll stay again and highly recommend!!!

We have stayed at this hotel during our previous stay in September. Very nice location, within walking distance to restaurants. We loved the bar area down in the mine! We will be staying again at the end of July. Just called today to book our stay and spoke with Jennifer. She was so polite and answered all the questions I had! We can't wait for our little getaway vacation with our dog and for our stay at this Quality Inn!

Positive: The staff was very nice. The pool area and breakfast cottage were excellent. You can't beat the location. I will definitely stay here again! Negative: I couldn't get the bathroom fan to work. No big deal about that

Quality Inn Gettysburg Battlefield is a gem! The location is within walking distance of many restaurants and right on the edge of the Battlefield (great sunset views!). The staff are friendly and helpful from setting up reservations and making dining recommendations to the warm greetings from the front desk staff, we felt like we were regulars on our first visit. The rooms are a bit dated with entrances from the outside but the bed was comfortable and everything was spotless. I highly recommend this property especially for a group on a budget.
