Enterprise has been ignoring my calls ever since they charged me way more than they were supposed to and promised a refund. Chris the manager said everything would be handled. Ever since my calls have been ignored, i tried calling from other numbers and they were always picked up but my phone number. I called on 8/19 and Tracey picked up the other phone from where I was calling and told her to transfer me to Chris and she hang up on me! So unprofessional and rude. In addition, the vehicle that I borrowed was not cleaned inside, there was someone’s lipstick in between the seats and a weird smell. I was waiting to get the vehicle for almost an hour and they were rushing to clean it and give it to me knowing that they had other available cars. Very disappointed in them, never seen such unprofessionals; they think since i was not born here and have an accent they can treat me as bad as they want!

We rented a car for two weeks because ours was in the shop. I paid attention to the billing charges on my card and then received the bill via email and to my surprise it was over double the price. We called they said it would be fixed. It was a billing mistake on their part. 2 weeks goes by and then we are finally credited part of the amount. We call again and are told it would be fixed. We are now over a month out and it is still not fixed. Trying to get this handled has been ridiculous. They say it'll take a couple days we give it days and nothing. Someone needs to get it fixed!
