The receptionist forgot my appointment and we had to reschedule when she called back to confirm she told me a completely different time. We were waiting in the parking lot for over an hour after our scheduled appointment only to be told the doctor went home for the day. Overall unhappy with the way they treated us. Never going back Update: I did show up for my appointment on 7-19 we called and spoke to the receptionist and waited in the car like we were told according to office Covid protocols. We waited for over an hour. Noticed that not many cars were still in the parking lot so I attempted to go in. The door was locked a when I knocked a tall thin blonde woman in scrubs answered the door and told me they were not aware we were there for the appointment and asked if I called. Which I did. Twice. After some back and forth and her asking me to wait a moment she came back to say the doctor was getting ready to leave. She offered to reschedule so we did. The next day I received a call from the receptionist. I asked if she was the same individual who was working the previous day. She told me she was. When I confronted her she told me that “ if I did call” she wasn’t aware. When she attempted to confirm the new appointment she first said the wrong time and I had to correct her I confirmed and my husband latter called to cancel the appointment because we chose another vet. I find it really suspicious that every single time you receive a negative review you blame the customer. Your clients aren’t the issue. Your business is.
Four Legged Fun Dog training
I’ve been bring my fur babies to see Dr. B for over 10 years. In fact when I moved to VA I still drove back up here to take my babies to see him. Now we are back and they still see Dr. B. My babies love the staff and my Ellie will actually cry when she hears Amanda in another room and she hasn’t said hi. The staff and everyone is simply great! They give you all the information you need to make an informed decision. Can’t say enough good things about them!

What a truly unfortunate experience. I came here to get a health certificate required for entry into Hawaii. I contacted the staff a month in advance and had my vet from TX email all required documentation. Prior to bringing my pup in for her appointment I tried to communicate with the nurse/vet as often as possible to ensure a seamless experience. The staff is rude, they refuse to let you finish a sentence, consistently talked over me, failed to LISTEN which led to a routine appointment that should have lasted 15 minutes lasting almost 2 hours. They failed to look at the requirements for a health certificate, & continuously asked for documentation that had been delivered to them electronically multiple times. At the end of them appointment they tried to give me a certificate with my name spelled wrong. As a dog mom of over 20 years this is the epidemic of bad service - I have never had such a negative experience with a vet clinic. Thankfully, this was a one time use due to unfortunate circumstances- but I will never be coming here or recommending this place again.

It’s fine service. But they have made me wait in the car with an anxious dog for 30-45 minutes every visit.

I would call and make sure. Normally, yes... and probably in this situation....but I was just there and with Covid, only 1 of us was allowed in the office for our emergency appointment.
Not sure but I believe the cost of an office visit runs $40 +/-.

it depends on their schedule and what your animal(s) need. they have been wonderful and finding ways to make last minute accommodations for my vaeiety if animals but fir anything less than an emergency i just ask their avaibility.
