2 stars cause the staff were pleasant and wait times were relatively short. However, they didn’t even attempt to alleviate my (adult) daughter’s pain. Her knee was 3 times the size it normally is and she is as in excruciating pain despite ibuprofen and Tylenol before leaving our house. They couldn’t even give a 1 time dose of Percocet or something strong enough to stop her crying. I had to drive her home sobbing. They stated urgent cares are unable to give narcotics. This is news to me. I certainly would not have brought me daughter here if I had known they wouldn’t even attempt to control my child’s pain. Next time someone I love is in pain, I will bypass this waste of time and head right to the ER. I tried doing the right thing and avoid the ER, I know how crowded ERs are. I was an ER nurse for 15 years. Also, the physician assistant recommended to stop taking ibuprofen because is was making the hematoma worse, but said we should start Aleve. Bruh. They are both NSAIDS. Thanks a lot.

You need to ask the building administration
Yes you can. They have an in house lab. I took a sample there in late Dec 2020. This was based on a visit with my primary care doc.
