That is your personal preference. New construction can be exciting because you get to experience the build from ground up and everything is new. There are also some beautiful preowned homes, if you don’t have the time to wait on new construction and some clients just prefer a pre-existing. There are pros and cons to both. Hire a Realtor for guidance (I would love to assist.) Some owners prefer Sale by Owner. Not recommended hire a realtor Have a comparative market analysis ran on homes that have sold in your area. Have professional photos taken. Hire a home inspector for a Pre-Inspection. Make repairs or upgrades if needed. Make sure the landscaping is adds curb appeal. Never be at home during a showing.
