I would definitely recommend going to the Hamburg location of Windsong. I was nervous going into my latest appointment . I recently had surgery for a brain aneurysm and have been pretty traumatized by the whole situation . . When i walked in Debbie not only was friendly when I walked in. . She sensed that I was nervous and personally walked me back and helped me get situated. She also made sure that the Doctor knew as well. And introduced me to Dr. Holzhauer ... Already I felt better .. and how about that Dr.Holzhauer . . What a gift he is . . I left reassured that i didn't have to add cancer to my list of issues.. . . Karrie administered my MRI .. she had a very warm and kind disposition. . Was very informative and made me feel okay that I was nervous .. oh and she managed to make me feel like I was taking a nap . . Amazing . . These people should be proud of themselves as they really are the best at what they do . Thank you Windsong 😊

Received a letter today, 9/13/2022, informing me of security data breach that happened between 12/17 and 12/24/2021. That is almost 9 months ago. My information including name, address, date of birth, health insurance information, medical record number, physician name, dates of service, and/or information related to radiology services. Probably my SS# also. Why did it take 9 months. Unacceptable.
