Extremely Unprofessional. My wife called to see if the vision center could help her and they were rude and demeaning. Even if you can't (or refuse to) provide a service it does not entitle you to be a jerk. My wife wanted to see if they could make a few eye measurements for her - she would have paid for the service. But no she has to be yelled at for even considering the question and when she asks if they would know anywhere that would provide the service they essentially called her stupid.
