This was my first time ever using a Walmart Automotive shop and they blew my experience out of the park, especially for not being from around here. I was on my way to work when my car wouldn’t start and I had never had any kind of issues with it like this before. I was able to jump start my car and get it over to the shop within a few minutes. As soon as i pulled in and said what happened they got to work. They were able to get me in and out within 30 minutes while putting in a new battery. Everyone was super friendly and was able to explain to me what they were doing with my car. I highly recommend and i appreciate their work so much, definitely saved me hours of stress.

So apparently it takes over 2 hours just to change two tires on a car. Terrible customer service, and the guy they had working on the car was obviously clueless. They claimed it was because of the type of tire, low profile. But we’ve had them done other places before and never had a problem. And it only took maybe 30-40 mins max at the other places. Will never be coming back here for auto stuff again!
