There are no buses that stop near this business ! I have taken a bus to this business that left me at the mall and had to take another bus back and it never left me nowhere close to this business. The worst experience ever. They need to place a USPS closer to center city .

The UPS Store in Whitehall PA is all about a making sure each customer has a memorable experience. The store owner, Pooja and her staff are very courteous, knowledgeable, go out of their way to take care of the customer, suggest best possible solutions for shipping and other services and all done with a huge SMILE! Its quality services at its best. It's worth a drive to this UPS store.

AMAZING! True lifesavers! I am visiting from TX and had to get super time sensitive documents printed, notarized and overnight back to TX. Originally our broker in TX used overnight FedEx and it has yet to be delivered, so I contacted this UPS via email for assistance. They informed me of their formal hours and services, but let me know that they notary can be available after his original closure time to support our needs. I traveled 30 minutes to this store and I was so grateful. The team of three were so available, knowledgeable, kind and resourceful. They got everyone in and out so quickly and went beyond to help some of us struggling with our shipments. The notary himself was so patient and kind. He educated me on the process and even had the patience to mentor the cashier on how to consolidate my order to be even more of a convenience for me. I wish I could've tipped them because all because their extraordinary customer service alleviated all of thihome buying stress. I visited the store on 14 July at 5:20pm and I truly want to thank the UPS team!
