My husband kindly brought me home chocolate from Eclat after I may or may not have begged him to bring me home chocolate, any chocolate, from anywhere. I am a dark chocolate lover. He brought me (3) of their bars. Wow. Huge fan. Very complex chocolate with wonderful textures. The quality of the beans is on point. The packaging is very premium and it came in a lovely gift bag. Highly recommend.

After assessing the setup of our building and calculating the air exchange back in March, we have installed the following to ensure everyone’s well-being : Two oversized industrial HEPA filters to filter the air in the entire building eight times per hour; a sanitizing shoe bath for employees’ non-kitchen and street shoes; air diffusers in all rooms, ensuring the proper circulation of the HEPA-filtered air; clear barriers between team members who must work closer than six feet from one another. Face masks are always worn on the production line and behind the counter, and we have implemented a regular schedule of handwashing, regardless of what work is being done. We are consulting with the CDC as well as with surgical room technicians to gain insights we can apply from that environment. We’re even consulting with local cheese makers and we’ve incorporated insights from all these sources into our protocols to ensure the safest environment possible.
