I routinely get my print jobs done at this location and they are always handled with great care and consideration. Most recently I had sent a file that was in an incorrect format and Pablo went above and beyond to help make my project a success. He is a hero!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Customer service here is awful. I am unable to leave the names of the two women who poorly represented the company as they both lacked name tags. They conversed with one another for 5 minutes upon arrival and did not greet myself or any other customer thereafter. One worker was seemingly assisting the other to send off personal packages. I will not return to this FedEx ship center. From my one visit here, the professionalism is nonexistent.
