Quiet place, few visitor parking, very confusing organization of buildings

Management assistant is unprofessional. I had something in front of my doorway since I moved in and no one had told me i couldn't have anything in the hallway. One day after almost 3 months since i purchased the condominium someone was joking with someone else and i wasn't sure who it was. I had a camera installed since i moved in and thats how i saw and her what he said. So i called the Management office ask for her and she was not in which i have been to the office many times before and i never seen her. So i spoke to her daughter and told her whats going on and she said i am not suppose to have nothing in the hallway so i told her ok but when i mentioned about the camera that's how i know what he said, i told i will remove it when i get home. 30 minutes later they took off my camera of the wall and said that I can't have camera's here because is against the law and the board doesn't allow it. Meanwhile i don't see anything that relates that i can't have a camera. Something weird is going on here because why they went to my hallway to remove it without talking to me first.

Absolute garbage management. Insufficient parking, illegal enforcement (to the degree the management company was fined by the municipality for illegal towing), and very, very poor upkeep of the common areas. Several of the basement stairwell retaining walls are on the verge of collapse. The garages are so poorly maintained the HOA will no longer rent them. I was woken up this morning by a couple of clowns from the HOA just to tell us they were fining our entire building unit because one of the condos was violating the rules. This is a violation of the New Jersey Condominium Act under Title 46, Chapter 46:8B of the New Jersey Revised Statutes - and really an incredibly insulting, inefficient, and draconian way to go after one condo owner in a building of 12 or more. The HOA cannot fine you out of hand, there is a process they must go through, including a hearing. I've worked for HOAs for over 10 years - this Association has absolutely zero idea what they're doing here. This management company is criminally incompetent - literally. Do not rent, and ESPECIALLY do not buy in this complex.

I was told there were little over 700 units. I would say about 45 buildings

Visitor parks will be marked as letter V. You should roam around the building where u suppose to go. Street side parking will be immediately towed as I experienced here already..
