Good morning, let me start by saying that the Staff and the Service here is great. I was in your store, waiting for a hose to be made, when a lady starting screaming at one of your employees. He was trying to leave when she physically grabbed him to try and stop him. I'm not sure who this lady was but no employee, and i mean NO EMPLOUYEE she be treated like this. Especially when they are ALWAYS very friendly and extremely helpful. I don't know who that lady was, but because of that interaction I will not be returning. Again... the staff is great as well as their service, but that should have been handled differently.

Gotta love Mark Ferris. He saved the day for my entire company when we blew a fitting on our dump trailer. Came in disappointed about our most important peice of equipment being potentially out of commission for some time, ended up back on the road worry free in 30 mins.
