This has been a horrible experience. My vehicles arrived at the warehouse approximately on April 23rd, they were shipped to Puerto Cortes, Honduras, on July 1st, and were supposed to arrived on July 6th. On July 7th, I called their agency in Honduras, and was informed that the vehicles were shipped to Puerto Barrio, Guatemala, because they don't have a servicing company in Puerto Cortes, Honduras. I was advised that they were going to take between 15-20 days to arrive at Puerto Cortes, Honduras, because they're transported by land from Guatemala to Honduras. I cannot describe how upset I am with these people and company. They do whatever they want with your shipments. This is unacceptable, they do not deserve our business. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. Update: 7/16/2021 The vehicles are still at Puerto Barrios, Guatemala., since 7/6/2021, waiting to be transported to Puerto Cortes, Honduras. This is getting out of control. It's been 10 days since they arrived at Puerto Barrios, and North Atlantic Internayional Ocean Carrier has not been able to transport them to Puerto Cortes, Honduras. How much longer is this going to take? Should I start seeking legal assistance? Any experts with international laws? Update: 7/29/2021 Vehicles arrived at Puerto, Cortes, Honduras by sea on 7/26/2021. Still waiting for documents to be released by North Atlantic International Ocean Shipping. This is a disgrace and I'm so exhausted trying to work for this unprofessional people. Do not give this people your business, they do not deserve it. Your vehicle will arrive 6 montha later,, after delivering your vehicle at the warehouse. Be careful when giving your service to this people. Update: 8/4/21 Still waiting on the paperwork. I'm so done with these sloths.
