Pharmacy staff through the drive through was super unprofessional, never had an issue all my years until the female attendant with long black hair and glasses cuts me off mid-sentence, and talking over me. She refused to give me my prescription after verifying my information simply because I didn't know what it was called, yet she knew what it was. "I can't give you the prescription until you tell me what it is..." After telling her I've never been told I couldn't get my meds simply because I didn't know the name she told me it would be ready in an hour.... after the medication has been sitting at the store for 2 weeks waiting to be picked-up....attitude check please.

This drug store is GOOD! STOP MAKING THESE BAD REVIEWS!! MY YOUNGER BROTHER GOT HIS MEDICATION AT THE TIME THEY SAID! SAME FOR ME! STOP HATING ON THIS CVS!!

Worst customer service. I had to come in to update the insurance for my son. That went fine and she told me it would be a few minutes. I check on it 30 minutes later and was told they are still working on it and it will be another 10 to 15 minutes. Went up at another 25 minutes (55 all together) and it was finally ready. They then say it is going to be $70. No, I have medicaid.. oh that's right. No charge. I guess when they say a few minutes it is an hour. I understand being busy but set expectations. If I knew it would be an hour, I would have taken care of my other errands. Another time I went through the drive thru to pick up my prescription and was told a copay. I said I didn't have one. They told me I had to go inside to change my insurance. I already changed my insurance and picked up prescriptions under it. Not sure how they went back to an old insurance. No apologies or anything for them acting this way. They don't care.

THE PHARMACIST AND STAFF ARE HORRIBLE ! They do not have customer service! The blonde short white female in the pharmacy who assist with Covid vaccines is very disrespectful and has a nasty attitude.She needs to take a few courses in customer service. Clearly she had no idea what she was doing ,and was screaming and yelling trying to argue with me in front of my son .Once she discovered she was wrong . She did not apologize for her behavior ! And when I asked for the manager no one wanted to give me the information ,so I asked for the manager over the store they all ignored . How we was treated at this CVS pharmacy /minute clinic was embarrassing and unacceptable as many time as we shopped there for the past 10yrs I have never been treated like that . They don’t deserve 1 star
