You’d think that being a more expensive store that the return/exchange policy would be fair. Only 7 days. After that NO returns or exchanges. Like, what?! Not even an exchange? That’s such a poor business model and the owner should be embarrassed and ashamed. I came in recently to return an item that I purchased two weeks ago (which I bought for someone as a gift but realized it wasn’t what I thought it was when I brought it home) and was told that the owner said I was absolutely not allowed to return it or even exchange for something else. I’m a mom of two young kids, full time worker and everyone in my house has been sick for over a week. That was the first time I had been able to go anywhere. And the thanks I get for being a customer is a big fat NO? The owner should realize that happy customers = more business. Well, she lost my business.

I have always enjoyed shopping at the two lockport location stores. During my recent visit I noticed three items that are currently being sold at the Dollar General in my town. Frankly I was shocked. Probably won't go back
