Very disappointing. Office wasn't manned even when they called and expected you. I waited for over 30 minutes before Clair finally arrived. They let the boat sit for over a day after telling me they were ready for it, and saying that it would be winterized that morning and shrink wrapped afterwards. After agreeing to spend over $750.00 with no paperwork given to look at, Clair added an Oil and Gear Lube change which brought the total to over $1100. When I question why that charge was so high when others that I checked on were lower she gave me the cost of oil. Knowing Claire and her whole family were in the military, as was I, I asked if they had a military discount for which she replied "no" that they were a small business and couldn't afford any discounts. I then hooked up my boat which they had done nothing to and drove it to another place a few miles away saving over $200.00 for the same service.

First year slip rental customer here....they were super nice and helpful. Prices reasonable...place has a easy going family vibe to it. Look forward to having a slip every year from them
