Our room was immaculate. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job. The bathroom was clean and the kitchenette was spotless. The microwave in our room stopped working. I called the front desk and a maintenance man brought a new microwave to our room within 10 minutes. That's what I call efficient. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The gal that takes care of it does an amazing job of keeping everything filled and the tables clean.

Me and my mom came down for vacation and booked ahead of time. We requested for early check in just to see if we could get it and we didn’t but it wasn’t that big of a deal we could just go to the beach to pass time. The girl was super nice about it and said it would be ready around 3. Around 3 we went back to check if our room was ready but there was a new lady at the front desk. She said, “It’s still not clean yet. Maybe around 4.” Okay we needed to go to the store anyways so we went ahead and left. We politely asked if she could call when it was ready but got a huff in return. We returned to the hotel around 3:40 so we sat in the car until then. And when my mom went in AGAIN to see if it was ready she still said it wasn’t cleaned. There were multiple families in there that were tired from driving and just wanted a shower. There were no clean towels for people already there to use. Won’t return because I want a hotel that can give me the exact room i paid for the first time they tell me.

Was worried after reading some recent reviews but we had no problem with our 2-night stay. Easy check-in process, room was clean, beds comfortable, hot water and AC both worked fine. Place is definitely a little dated but it seems they are in beginning stages of remodeling. Would return

Well I read the reviews before the stayed and unfortunately everyone was right. I didn’t mind the oldness of the structure just because it was just for a night. But I have to say it needs to get fixed completely starting with the carpet and the bathroom. I didn’t mind at all unto there was no hot water in room 703 at all. We went down and complain about it and it never was fixed. But breakfast was good and the place has a beautiful view.
