This was my first time ever ordering from here, my mom had passed so we wanted a really good burger. we looked you guys up and your presentation online look very good and it matched everything that we wanted. After placing the order and coming to pick it up they put all four hot burgers in one bag and then all the french fries. it was four meals, the presentation was horrible. the food is good but you guys didn’t take care of your customer. it was four different burgers and four different fries. I don’t understand why you didn’t put two burgers in one bag and two burgers in another bag that would’ve been perfect to keep them warm and not all over the bag, a mess. then your fries were over cooked my dog didn’t even like them and he loves fries. I am now upset after spending the money that I spent to not be totally satisfied. it is 1017pm which makes it hard to get something else so Im hoping someone can make this right with me .thank you

Great food, even better service! I placed my order with Kevin & can say he is the #1 reason i will visit this location again. Kevin welcomed me with a smile & was very helpful when i asked for menu suggestions. Kevin greeted EVERY customer that walked in as well as was very attentive to all of the folks dining in- walked around to check on folks. He did all of this with a smile & a great attitude. He is a hard worker & has restored my faith in humanity! Food was also great of course & came out fast & fresh! Can’t wait to visit again.

Came because the hype and left disappointed. The patties were over cooked and burned on one side. I did like the toppings on the Colorado. The fries were a let down but the onion straws were a hit for me. I would visit again in hopes of a better cook.

Visited the Smashburger and left satisfied. The burger is alright, nothing too special... Although it has a fresher taste than other burgers from other fast food chains. The real gem here are the smash fries, it embodies everything great about French fries- especially the seasoning. Service was attentive and nice.
