I had an over the phone interview this month and it was so easy and pleasant. I spoke to Ms. Lilly, Melissa and Gina that day over the phone and came in the very next day in person. Very sweet ladies, they were all very helpful and informative as its been over a decade since my last child. It has been a long time since I've experienced great customer service like this from establishments in general since the pandemic started. If I could give more stars I would.

They take forever to answer phone calls ,they’ll leave you waiting for an hour before they answer.

This is my second time making an appointment and they are still taking forever to answer. Last time I had to wait an hour before I got ahold of someone, seems like I'll be waiting an hour once again. How are we supposed to schedule an appointment if you never answer the phone?!
