Amazing experience with Haak's! She listened to every request and was able to put together an amazing set of cupcakes for my shower. I worked with her through Instagram but she has a perfect village storefront as well. **Edit to add** I got my baby's first birthday cake from Haak's cakes and will recommend her to everyone. She listens to what you want and she executes flawlessly. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

The most amazing bakery! How fortunate are we to have such an extraordinary and delicious business here in Hamburg! Stephanie is a patient and caring person. Her accommodation to my needs went above and beyond one would expect! I ordered two cakes for two different events that because of my changing the dates could have created chaos for her. Instead, she was understanding of my craziness!! I called her wanting to change the date for the carrot cake I ordered and even though she had already baked it, said it was no problem! Then again, I changed the date for my granddaughters birthday rainbow cake just one day before and although the bakery was closed, she responded within minutes to accommodate me! Which by the way is one masterpiece of a cake! Photos enclosed! Stephanie you were truly a blessing to me! Thank you so much!
